We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Founder’s Associate with experience in the medical/healthcare field. The candidate will work closely with the Founder and support business development, hospital visits, doctor meetings, presentations, and market expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder on business and strategic initiatives.
Visit hospitals and meet doctors, hospital management, and healthcare professionals.
Promote the company’s products/services to hospitals and doctors.
Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research and gather healthcare market information.
Manage follow-ups with hospitals, doctors, and potential clients.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates.
Travel as required for meetings and business development.

Requirements
Experience in Medical / Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma / MedTech industry.




Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident in interacting with doctors and senior healthcare specialists.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Willingness to travel when required.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in medical sales, hospital relations, healthcare business development, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services will be preferred.
