Jai Guru Jeweller is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team.

Position: Store Manager

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure effective store management
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain solid customer relationships
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets
Manage inventory, stock records, and related documentation
Ensure high standards of showroom presentation, discipline,



and compliance with company policies

Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in jewellery or retail store management is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
Excellent customer-service and sales capabilities
Sound knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
Skilled, responsible, organized, and target-oriented approach
