About the Role

Swain Aluminium is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Trainees to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring marketing professionals to gain practical experience in sales, customer engagement, market research, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
Assist in promoting company products and services.
Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business growth.
Maintain customer and marketing activity records.
Participate in promotional campaigns, meetings, and market visits.
Prepare basic reports on marketing and sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.





Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in marketing and sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel locally for market visits when required.
