Job Responsibilities
Manage and handle the complete branch operations.
Handle customer enquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Manage sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide consultation to customers regarding hair replacement solutions.
Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
Maintain customer records and regularly update the CRM.
Handle day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the team and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Ensure a qualified and welcoming experience for every customer.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper lead records.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, consultation, customer handling, or branch management is preferred.
Must be confident, responsible, and have positive communication skills.
Should be comfortable handling customers and phone calls.
Basic knowledge of desktop/computer operations.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in the hair, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or customer-service industry will be an advantage.
