Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST and TDS compliance, and financial documentation. The candidate should have practical experience with Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally.
Manage GST preparation, reconciliation, returns, and related documentation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and records.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting financial documents.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.




Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information.

Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Valuable knowledge of GST
Good knowledge of TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Positive knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can independently handle day-to-day accounting, Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and MS Excel with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
