Freshers / 0–1 year experience
Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, ECE, or related fields
Solid interest in Computer Hardware & Networking
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Candidates currently located in Trivandrum are preferred
Willingness to learn and work in an on-site support workplace
What You’ll Do
Provide on-site technical support to users
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer & hardware issues
Handle basic LAN and network connectivity issues
Install and configure systems, printers and software
Assist with IT asset management and inventory
Support domain, VPN and other basic IT configurations
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/service requirements
