Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and spend data to hit budget and savings targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise purchasing agents, assign duties, and track performance metrics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
Skills: Robust negotiation, financial analysis, leadership, and communication skills.
Software: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Office
