Project Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end schedules for facility renovations, installations, and repairs.
Maintenance Strategy: Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
Vendor Management: Hire third-party contractors, secure competitive price quotes, and monitor performance.
Budget Tracking: Control spending, estimate costs, and optimize resource deployment.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
Planning: Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
Communication: Robust negotiation and cross-team coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
