Design, develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
Develop and configure SCADA systems, HMI screens, and control logic.
Work with PLCs such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or Mitsubishi.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485, Ethernet/IP, and OPC.
Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, VFDs, control panels, and field instruments.
Develop control logic, alarm systems, monitoring screens, and data-logging functions.
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at project sites.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and P&ID; drawings.
Coordinate with the electrical, hardware, firmware, and project teams for system integration.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and system manuals.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.

Required Skills:




2–3 years of hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA automation.
Robust knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Experience in HMI/SCADA development and industrial automation.
Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, relays, control panels, and industrial instrumentation.
Valuable understanding of industrial communication protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
Willingness to travel to project/customer sites when required.

Preferred:
Experience in water management, irrigation automation, pumping systems, or IoT-based automation will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and electrical panel design is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
