Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring pharmaceutical products, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth operations. Experience in pharmaceutical procurement and familiarity with purchase processes will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Procure Medicines and Materials: Source and purchase pharmaceutical products as per company requirements and stock levels.
Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and evaluate recent vendors for quality and reliability.
Compare Quotes and Negotiate: Ensure competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules before finalizing orders.
Maintain Purchase Records: Keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
Track Deliveries: Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with stores,



accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Resolve Discrepancies: Address any issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries and take corrective actions.

Skills and Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a purchase/procurement role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for records and reports.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple orders efficiently.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in related Field. (D. Pharm or B. Pharm)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
