Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash transactions.
Generate and verify purchase orders, sales invoices, and credit/debit notes.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and billing matters.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and information.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Perform data entry and bookkeeping using accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar systems.
Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting-related activities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,594.17 - ₹12,743.33 per month
