Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain clinic services including hair transplant, PRP therapy, laser treatments, acne care, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate information or schedule appointments.
Maintain and update client database with accurate information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with front desk and doctors for smooth appointment management.
Handle queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience on every call.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
