Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher to join our preschool team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a secure, nurturing, and engaging learning setting while following Montessori principles and supporting the overall development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities and classroom lessons.
Prepare and maintain Montessori learning materials and classroom resources.
Encourage children to learn independently and develop practical life skills.
Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
Observe each child's interests, abilities, and developmental progress.
Maintain a calm, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Provide individual attention and guidance according to each child's needs.
Encourage good manners, self-discipline, independence, and respect for others.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Maintain daily attendance, activity records, and basic student documentation.
Participate in school events, celebrations,



parent meetings, and staff training.
Follow all school policies relating to child safety, hygiene, and supervision.

Requirements
Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Preschool Education will be an advantage.
Previous experience working with preschool or Montessori-age children preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.

Working Hours

Full-time – School working hours

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
