Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance & Banking Operations Executive to support day-to-day banking operations and ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day banking operations and compliance-related activities.
Verify and process customer/account-related documents and transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal banking policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
Perform data entry, reconciliation, and MIS reporting using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and timely completion of tasks.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 years of experience in banking operations, compliance, financial services, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic formulas preferred.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
