WE have urgent openings for the post of HR Executive
Job Location : Andheri West
Experience : 3 to5 Years.
Salary : 25000 to 32000 per month.
Job Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
Facility : Have PF & ESIC.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Ensure timely completion of joining documentation and other HR formalities.
Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
Maintain proper documentation of HR processes and employee records.
Coordinate with management and employees for smooth execution of HR activities.
Handle exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance, and exit records.
Coordinate routine HR-related compliance requirements.
Prepare basic HR reports and employee-related MIS as required.




Ensure HR records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Assist management in maintaining discipline and smooth employee coordination.
Handle other routine HR activities as assigned.
Implement and track KRA/KPI processes and documentation.

Required Skills
Good understanding of HR operations and processes.
Hands-on experience in onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems/software.
Ability to independently manage routine HR activities.
Practical and problem-solving approach.
Good follow-up and documentation skills.
