Key Responsibilities
Procurement: Review departmental requisitions, source goods, negotiate competitive prices, and process purchase orders.
Inventory Control: Supervise the receipt, proper storage (FIFO), and issuance of stock while minimizing waste.
Stock Management: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances in the management system.
Vendor Relations: Evaluate supplier performance, resolve delivery or billing discrepancies, and source reliable vendors.
Compliance: Ensure all storage areas meet hotel hygiene, food safety, and local health standards.

Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of store and purchasing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Skills: Solid negotiation skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and hospitality inventory software.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, or Business Administration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
