Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity surveying, Interior Design or a related field.
The estimator is responsible for creating and submitting quality estimates with detailed proposals, Following up on submitted proposals and answering scope questions to complete the sale is also required.
Attending site visits and pre-bid meetings, reviewing specifications and clarifying scope requirements are part of the process .
Contacting clients to discuss scope needs, schedule requirements and specific project needs is necessary.
Decision-making capability involves making timely, well-informed decisions aligned with project strategy and client needs.
2D design Knowledge required.
