We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in US logistics and a solid understanding of the freight brokerage process.

You will be responsible for sourcing loads, coordinating with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth and timely movement of freight.

Responsibilities
Find and book freight loads through various load boards and broker/carrier networks.
Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and drivers to ensure smooth transportation.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
Track shipments and provide timely updates.
Handle rate confirmations, paperwork, and other shipment-related documentation.
Resolve issues related to delays, pickups, deliveries, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and communications.
Meet daily and monthly performance and revenue targets.

Requirements




Minimum 6 months of experience in freight brokerage.
Solid knowledge of the freight industry.
Experience working with load boards and carrier networks.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
