We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, and the implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
Handle employee onboarding and maintain accurate personnel records.
Support attendance, leave, payroll, and HR documentation processes.
Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Coordinate training and development programmes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
