Supervise and monitor civil construction activities for high-rise hostel buildings.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC and client teams for smooth site execution.
Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved QA/QC standards.
Review drawings and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, material requirements and productivity.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and construction standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
Coordinate with MEP and other agencies to ensure proper integration of services with civil works.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
