Job Title: Dental

AR Key Responsibilities :
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
Review and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status.
Submit claim corrections and appeals.
Perform insurance Eligibility & Perks Verification (EV/BV).
Obtain and track Pre-Authorizations (Pre Auth) for dental procedures.
Coordinate with dental offices to resolve billing issues.
Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with dental insurance billing and AR follow-up.
Knowledge of PPO, HMO, Medicaid, and commercial dental plans.
Familiarity with software such as Dentrix, Eagle soft, Curve or similar.
Experience with Pre Auth and EV/BV processes preferred.
Solid communication and analytical skills.
Experience: 1–3 years in Dental Accounts Receivable (AR).

Pay: ₹11,009.12 - ₹30,281.26 per month
