Hiring: Ticketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Core Ticketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in domestic & international airline reservations and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight reservations, PNR creation & ticket issuance.
Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, voids & date changes.
Check fares, availability, routing and airline fare rules.
Handle urgent and complex ticketing requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators & internal teams.
Manage SSRs, baggage, meals and seat requests.
Maintain accurate records and minimize ticketing errors/ADMs.

Requirements:
4–5 years of core travel-agency ticketing experience.




Robust knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo (Travelport) / Sabre — at least one mandatory.
Good understanding of fare rules, reissue & refund procedures.
International ticketing experience preferred.
Strong communication, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Airline BPO/call-centre-only profiles are not preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
