Manage and streamline daily operations of the assigned ward/floor.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, reception, OT, housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Conduct regular floor rounds and ensure patient comfort, safety, and timely resolution of requirements.
Handle and escalate patient/attendant complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, investigations, OT procedures, and discharge processes.
Monitor VIP/high-profile patients, LAMA/DAMA cases, and ensure appropriate coordination and documentation.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
