Sales & Marketing Manager – Sportified

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue, memberships, partnerships, customer acquisition, and market growth for Sportified.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue through memberships, programs, events, tournaments, and B2B partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Build relationships with corporates, institutions, communities, customers, and strategic partners.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiations, closures, renewals, and customer retention.
Drive member engagement and ensure a solid overall club/customer experience.
Plan and support execution of events, tournaments, leagues, and promotional activities.
Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to create additional revenue streams.




Lead local marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility, leads, footfall, and memberships.
Coordinate with operations and coaching teams for smooth execution of customer-facing activities.
Track sales, memberships, revenue, and business performance and share regular updates with management.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing.
Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, or similar industries preferred.
Solid sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to drive revenue and convert business opportunities.
Robust commercial mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
