Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CMM Operator to perform accurate dimensional inspection using CMM and ensure components meet customer and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program CMM machine for component inspection
Perform dimensional and layout inspection as per drawings
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation
Ensure calibration and proper handling of measuring instruments
Coordinate with quality and production teams for issue resolution
Support audits and quality improvement activities
Requirements
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field
Experience: 3–5 years as CMM Operator
Hands-on experience with CMM programming/software (PC-DMIS / Mitutoyo / Zeiss preferred)
Strong knowledge of GD&T; and precision measurement tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,498.33 per month
