Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Payroll to manage timekeeping, payroll and compensation management for 2,000–2,500 employees across multiple site locations. The role will also be responsible for statutory compliance, employee insurance, performance appraisal, contract labour management and coordination with various sites.

Key Responsibilities
Manage timekeeping, payroll and compensation activities.
Ensure timely compliance and payments related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT, etc.
Manage payroll budgeting and costing.
Handle employee insurance matters.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Liaise with Labour Offices and relevant authorities.
Manage contract labour and related compliance.
Coordinate with various site locations and conduct site visits.
Travel to sites for coordination and follow-up meetings.

Additional Responsibilities




Procurement and issue of Safety & PPE Kits.
General administration of the branch.
Management of transport and canteen facilities.
Estate management.

Required Skills

Functional Skills:
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and Labour Laws.
Hands-on experience in payroll and compensation management.

IT Skills:
PF & ESIC portals and compliance processes.
HR Payroll Software.

Behavioral Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Quick decision-making ability.
