You’ll work primarily on ArcMart's demand side, helping homeowners discover and purchase relevant home improvement and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with potential customers.
Understand homeowners' requirements.
Explain ArcMart's services and offerings.
Recommend relevant services/products.
Convert qualified leads.
Handle calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Handle objections and customer questions.
Coordinate with professionals and suppliers.
Maintain the sales pipeline.
Track leads and conversions.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
