Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the dealership.
Manage sales, purchase, cash, bank and journal entries.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely follow-up.
Verify invoices, receipts, vouchers and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts and vendor accounts.
Monitor daily cash collections and ensure proper accounting and deposits.
Coordinate with sales, service, spare parts and other departments for accounting-related matters.
Ensure accurate posting and maintenance of accounting records in the ERP/accounting system.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial statements and other management reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with concerned departments for collection.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary records and information.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
Experience in an automobile dealership will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per day
