Health & Relief is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Healthcare Marketing & Doctor Onboarding Executive to help us onboard doctors and healthcare professionals onto our platform.

The main responsibility of this role will be to connect with doctors, explain Health & Relief’s services, build professional relationships, and successfully onboard doctors onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Connect with doctors through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Explain Health & Relief’s platform, services, and benefits to doctors.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with doctors.
Visit doctors and clinics locally for meetings and onboarding when required.
Convert potential leads into successfully onboarded doctors.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.
Achieve monthly doctor onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Collect feedback from doctors and share helpful insights with the management team.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, business development, doctor acquisition, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable communicating professionally with doctors and healthcare specialists.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with local travel and field visits.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Additional incentive for every successful doctor onboarding.
Performance-based incentives provide an opportunity to increase overall monthly earnings.
Salary growth and additional responsibilities based on performance.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, good at communication, comfortable with field work, and capable of building genuine skilled relationships with doctors.

Note: Is role mein sirf desk-based marketing nahi hai. Doctor acquisition aur onboarding is role ka primary objective hai, isliye candidate ko doctors/clinics se directly connect karne aur local field visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
