Patient Coordinator — Job Summary

A Patient Coordinator acts as the central link between patients, medical staff, and administration to ensure smooth, compassionate healthcare delivery.
Key Duties:
Greet patients and handle registration/check-in.
Schedule appointments, consultations, and procedures.
Verify insurance coverage, process pre-authorizations, and discuss fees.
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Coordinate test results, specialist referrals, and post-treatment follow-ups.
Answer patient inquiries and resolve service-related concerns.
Preffered candidates from Ortho hospital
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of healthcare clinic experience.
Working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
Solid communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
