Manage and maintain findings stock and ensure proper inventory control within the Findings Department.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of stock-related information and maintain proper records.
Maintain and update findings and chain-related data, ensuring accuracy in quantity, description, karat, and color.
Have positive knowledge of chains and jewellery findings, including different karats and colors.
Maintain and verify lot codes for chains and findings to ensure proper identification and traceability.
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of stock records with physical inventory.
Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding stock discrepancies, requirements, and data-related queries.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all inventory and departmental records.
