Key Responsibilities : - Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. - Explain products/services and handle customer queries. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. - Maintain daily call and lead records. - Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. - Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets. Requirements: - Must be fluent in Bengali (both speaking and understanding). - Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage. - Positive communication and convincing skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Prior experience in Telecalling/Sales/Customer Service will be preferred. - Freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
