Position: US Sales & Support Executive

Location: Vadodara (Work From Office)

Shift: US Time Zone (EST)

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are Welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients in the US market through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
Understand client requirements and introduce suitable solutions and services
Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams
Provide support and assistance to existing clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain records of client interactions and activities
Work closely with international clients during EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of SaaS, Technology Services, or the IT Industry
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
