Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding UG and PG programs and help them choose suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
Understand students' educational needs and provide appropriate course information.
Manage the complete sales and counselling process from lead generation to enrolment.
Achieve monthly counselling and revenue targets.
Maintain student details and follow-ups in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 1- 5 years in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Education Sales.
Experience in UG and PG counselling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, counselling, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work in a rapid-paced EdTech workplace.
Experience in handling student leads and conversions.
