We are looking for a energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities:-
Handle complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Manage bulk hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate background verification (BGV).
Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS,



LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
Solid MS Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Job Location: Malabar Headquarters, Calicut.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
