Job Title: Assistant Trainee

Salary: 10k - 12k / month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts trainee to support both accounting functions. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting in day-to-day accounts operations, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Support:

Assist in managing daily accounting transactions. Maintain and update ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers. Support month-end and year-end financial closing. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Reconcile bank statements and petty cash. Handle accounts payable and receivable under supervision

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Assist in coordinating office operations and supplies. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Provide assistance during audits and compliance checks.





REQUIRMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

-0–2 years of experience in accounts (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

-Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel, Word).

-Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP) is an advantage.

-Positive organizational and communication skills.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
