Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a showroom in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, explaining products, generating sales and achieving monthly targets.

Jewellery / Retail Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Attend and assist customers at the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product details, pricing and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide positive service.
Convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers for repeat business.
Maintain customer records and sales details.




Coordinate with billing and inventory teams.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Jewellery or retail sales experience preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and customer-friendly.
Basic computer knowledge.
Presentable and skilled personality.
Comfortable working from a showroom.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives
