Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate brings strong media/advertising sales experience and thrives in a rapid-paced environment, acquiring current clients while strengthening existing relationships and positioning Wrap2Earn as a preferred media partner.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard recent business from agencies and direct clients; drive strategic sales plans across OOH, digital, radio, print, and TV
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and mid-sized accounts




Design customized media solutions leveraging Wrap2Earn and BuzzOmni offerings; deliver client pitches and presentations
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and campaign execution teams for seamless delivery

Requirements
4+ years of media sales experience (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, or Digital)
Proven track record managing direct brand relationships
Strong grasp of traditional and digital advertising ecosystems
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable with high ownership in a target-driven role

Pay: ₹16,482.81 - ₹66,231.73 per month
