Jewellery Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements and budget.
Explain product details, designs, purity, making charges, pricing, and offers.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Build solid relationships with existing and recent customers.
Generate leads through follow-ups, calls, and walk-in customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and suggest suitable jewellery options.
Handle billing, estimation, exchange, and order-related coordination.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and future purchases.
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members for smooth store operations.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery as per company procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
