Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
Explain available eye-care services and guide patients regarding appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding consultations, procedures, and pending appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and appointments.
Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments when required.
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach during all interactions.
Pay: ₹15,659.55 - ₹16,495.35 per month
