What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Head Chef / Senior Chef
Strong knowledge of Italian & Continental cuisine Ability to create delicious, well-presented dishes
Expertise in preparing fresh juices, mocktails & beverages Good understanding of food quality, hygiene & kitchen management
Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team Creative, responsible and passionate about food
