About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management to assist our team in managing and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have positive communication skills, and be interested in creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content ideas.
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content strategies.
Write engaging captions and social media copy.
Assist in increasing engagement, reach, and followers across platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creative requirements.




Research competitors and analyze their social media strategies.
Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for trending content.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media analytics is an advantage.
Ability to research and generate current content ideas.
Willingness to learn digital marketing and social media strategies.
