Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating all import and export activities, ensuring timely shipment of goods, compliance with international trade regulations, customs clearance, and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end import and export operations.

Prepare and verify shipping and export-import documents.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, IEC, GST, and international trade regulations.

Manage customs clearance, duty payments, and shipment tracking.

Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.

Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.

Maintain records and prepare reports on import-export transactions and logistics costs.

Qualifications:





Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

Certification in Export-Import Management preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in import-export operations, international logistics, and customs documentation.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Export-Import Documentation, LC, DGFT, IEC, EPCG.

Solid understanding of customs regulations and international trade laws.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Reporting To: General Manager / Plant Head.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
