The Operation Generalist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and processing data efficiently to support business operations during night hours. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data design, reporting, and data integrity, and be comfortable performing complex calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, validation, and management tasks with high accuracy.
Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel.
Design and structure data models for reporting and analysis.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Maintain productivity and accuracy during operations.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros).
Strong understanding of data analysis and data management principles.
Knowledge of data design and database structures.

Educational Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
Preferred Experience:
1 Year to 2 years of experience in data processing, data analysis, or backend operations.
Experience in a data-driven or analytics-focused setting will be an advantage.
