Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and selection.
Handle employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries and grievances.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Coordinate performance appraisals and training.
Manage exit formalities and full-and-final settlement.
Ensure HR compliance and confidentiality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience.




Shipping/logistics experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Professional and confidential approach.
