Job Overview

A leading Building Materials company is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive market expansion, secondary sales, and dealer network development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through dealers, distributors, retailers and stockists.
Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Conduct regular field visits and expand market coverage.
Generate business through contractors, builders, masons and other influencers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Achieve assigned sales and territory targets.
Prepare daily market visit reports and provide regular sales updates.
Ensure effective order generation and follow-up with channel partners.

Mandatory Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Building Materials Sales is mandatory.
Experience in TMT/Steel, Cement, Paints, Pipes & Fittings, Construction Products or related building-material products is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferred.
