We are seeking a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer with additional expertise in short-form video editing to lead our visual content creation across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on designing for festival campaigns, flyers, catalogues, and creating brand-based short videos and Reels for social media. Key Responsibilities:
Create seasonal and promotional festival posters, flyers, brochures, and catalogues for both digital and print use.
Develop and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms, aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute visual campaigns that increase customer engagement and sales.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, especially in e-commerce and social media.
Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.




Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers if needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
5+ years of qualified experience in graphic design; e-commerce design experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
Robust portfolio showcasing experience in festival creatives, and video content (Reels/Shorts).
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to adapt designs for various platforms (print, digital, and social media).
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or DaVinci Resolve.
Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics.
Understanding of performance metrics for social media and e-commerce creatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
