Experience: 1–3 Years relevant experience preferred

We are hiring an Estimation & Quotation Executive with practical knowledge of estimation, costing and quotation preparation for uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project-wise estimates and quotations for uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows.
Calculate costing based on drawings, measurements, specifications and customer requirements.
Calculate material costs including profiles, glass, hardware, reinforcement, mesh, labour, transportation and accessories.
Prepare BOQ, MTO and material requirement sheets.
Maintain and update supplier/vendor rates.
Calculate project costing, profit margins and selling prices.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotation requirements and timelines.
Maintain quotation records, rate lists and costing sheets.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based costing sheets using formulas.
Ensure accuracy in quantities, rates, calculations and final quotations.





Required Skills:
Knowledge of uPVC / Aluminium Doors & Windows.
Practical understanding of estimation and costing.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and formulas.
Understanding of BOQ, MTO and material costing.
Ability to understand drawings, measurements and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in uPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows, fabrication, estimation & costing, quotation preparation, or building-material/construction estimation will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate or equivalent.

Freshers with solid Excel knowledge and relevant technical understanding may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,555.76 - ₹16,000.00 per month
