We are a growing restaurant chain with 20+ outlets across Kerala, looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage our HR operations.

Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate manpower requirements across outlets.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Lead and support the HR team

Requirements
Master's in HR or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality/restaurant industry.
Valuable knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour compliance.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
