Sales & Project Execution Manager – Parking & Safety Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Project Execution Manager to join our Basement Parking & Road Safety Products division.

The candidate will be responsible for both generating B2B business and managing projects from order confirmation to final completion.

This role requires strong experience in construction/project sales, client relationship management, and in office project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop current business prospects with builders, developers, contractors, infrastructure companies, consultants, architects, and PMC companies.
Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, basement parking, and road safety projects.
Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
Prepare quotations,



commercial proposals, and presentations.
Follow up with clients from enquiry through order closure.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Generate repeat business from existing clients.

Project Execution
Manage projects from order confirmation to final completion.
Coordinate product supply, installation, and site execution.
Coordinate with customers, site engineers, contractors, installation teams, and internal departments.
Ensure work is completed as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Plan manpower, materials, and other project resources.
Monitor project progress and resolve site-level issues.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate material dispatch and installation schedules.
Prepare project progress reports for management.
